Feeling anxious? Stressed? Are you feeling these things more than usual? Times are strange. Things are changing quickly and often. We have lost a lot of what we used to call normal. Let’s examine these feelings. Could they be grief? This hour will focus on preconceived notions about grief, the stages of grief, ways in which we can cope with grief, and cultural considerations related to the grief experience. Please join CAPS on 3/29  and 4/19 from 2-3pm to explore how the experience of grief and loss can show up during the time of COVID
