Greetings, ME students!
We are the Purdue Student Chapter of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics [AIAA]. The premier student branch of the world’s largest professional aerospace organization, Purdue AIAA enhances the professional development of our members through various technical learning projects and industry networking events. As a member of Purdue AIAA, you will gain access to our advantageous Networking Nights, inspirational Seminar Series, and renowned student design teams; you will also receive free pizza, a shirt, and a facemask. Our design teams for the 2020-2021 academic year include a Passenger Plane, Hybrid Rocket, eVTOL Vehicle, High Altitude Balloon, Light Attack Aircraft, and Mars Sampling Spacecraft. Recruiters representing prestigious institutions across the aerospace and defense industry and illustrious guest speakers ranging from Astronauts to Generals are waiting to engage with you! We are open to students of all majors and years.
Purdue AIAA will be holding a series of in-person Fall callouts, with synchronous web streaming options (all times in EST):
- Friday, August 28 in FRNY G140 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM
- Tuesday, September 1 in FRNY G140 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM
- Thursday, September 3 in FRNY G140 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM
- Wednesday, September 9 in ARMS 1010 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM
