The Critical Skills Recruiting (CSR) Program is open to students who are finishing an undergrad degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering with a minimum of a 3.0/4.0 or higher cumulative GPA, and are planning on beginning a Master’s program in the Fall of 2025.

They will enter their graduate technical program as a full-time student with paid tuition and a stipend from Sandia. Students will then continue their career with an R&D position at Sandia Labs upon completion of their Master’s degree.
