SURF Updates
The Engineering Undergraduate Research Office (EURO) would like to update you on the new timeline for SURF applications and priorities for the College. Here are some changes to SURF 2020: Participation no longer restricted to junior standing students. Starting 2020 application cycle, EURO will have mechanisms to prepare students to engage in research by going through a basic competency program (Pre-SURF) in the Spring or Fall. The Office of the Executive Vice President for Research (EVPRP) is hosting Dr. Byron Knight, Chief Scientist, National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), on campus next Wednesday, November 6, 2019.
