FAA Smart Tech Competition Design Team

AAE students are starting a design team to compete in the FAA Smart Technology Competition. This competition focuses on using technology to improve the airport environment and the overall traveling experience. This competition is open to graduate and undergraduate students from any discipline.  We are looking for 8-10 students. The IDSI will be hosting a monthly networking event (Coffee Klatch) on Oct 16 at 3:30 pm, POTR 234. We will highlight ‘Data Science Consulting Service (DSCS)’. The Data Mine 2020-21

Dear Students, Applications are open for The Data Mine learning communities for 2020-21:  https://www.purdue.edu/lc/application  We will send out the first round of admissions next week.  Decisions will be made on a rolling basis. No background is needed. Project AeroVision

A group of AAE Students are developing a “virtual, interactive, and educational tool” to expedite the design of small-sized aircraft while also allowing for the generation of a larger number of ideas that meet a user’s specific mission + payload objectives. They are looking for other students from ME that might be interested in helping with this multidisciplinary endeavor. UC Berkeley Master of Engineering at Purdue Information Session 9/23/19

UC Berkeley’s Master of Engineering program will host an information session on Monday, September 23, 2019 from 3:30pm-4:30pm in the Armstrong Hall of Engineering, Room 1109.
