RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop Reliability Test Plans with internal and external customers
• Develop reporting and milestone deliverables with internal and external customers
• Develop internal testing methods, fixtures, and materials needed to achieve customer and product requirements
• Work with internal and external suppliers to facilitate reliability testing needs
• Communicate with the internal and external customers reguarly to keep them up to date on reliability testing activities
• Perform internal audits and calibration on relevant equipment
• Setup new and complex test systems for the Reliability lab
• Research and implement integration of Reliability lab technologies
• Troubleshoot reliability test setup issues mechanically, electrically, and technically
• Work with manufacturing partners and suppliers regarding their specific requirements
• Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with polymer composite reliability testing
• Understanding of polymer composite degradation mechanisms
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics is a plus
• Understanding of statistical significance and analysis
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments
• Proficient in data analysis skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows based Applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to define project steps
• Experience with reliability testing of thermal interface materials preferred
• Able to work successfully in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment and effectively multi-task multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and schedules
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required

Education

Required: Bachelors or better.
